Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We only refund items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer refunds in the following situations:
* Change of mind, please select your items carefully
* Item is lost during shipping, unless where traceable shipping has been applied

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if we have approved or rejected your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged. To exchange an item it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not offer exchanges in the following situations:

* Item/s have been opened
* Item/s are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

To return your item, you should mail your product to 23 The Parade , Drummoyne , NSW, 2047, Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service as we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
